How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard services, and 3-4 weeks for large events or custom setups.
Do you provide setup and teardown?
Yes! All our services include professional setup. Teardown is included with full-day bookings or as an add-on.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Los Angeles area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside LA county.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 72+ hours before the event. 50% refund for 24-72 hours. No refund under 24 hours.
