Pickup or delivery
Delivery available within 25 miles of Los Angeles.
Late returns
Returns are due by 8:00 PM Pacific on the return date. Late returns are billed at the additional-day rate per calendar day.
Cancellation
Full deposit refund for cancellations 7+ days before the start date. 50% refund within 3–7 days. No refund within 72 hours of the start date.

Questions, answered.
What's the difference between the rental and the experience?
With a rental you take custody of the Vision Pro for a minimum of 2 days and are responsible for it. With the hosted experience, Realizm Rentals brings the equipment, runs the session, assists your guests and keeps the hardware supervised the whole time.
Why is there a two-day minimum?
Vision Pro requires a fitting, setup and a genuine learning curve. Two days is the shortest window where a renter gets real value rather than a rushed demo.
When can I book?
We are accepting reservations for August 26 and later. Select any available date on the rental timeline to reserve now.
What do I need to rent one?
A 50% deposit online, a refundable $500 security authorization at handoff, and a valid government ID. Minimum renter age is 21.
Can I add sound or AV equipment?
Yes. You can bundle PA systems, microphones, mixers, lighting, delivery and setup from our existing inventory during checkout, or ask us to build a full package for an experience.
Do you deliver?
Yes — delivery is available within 25 miles of Los Angeles, or you can pick up in person.
What if I return it late or damage it?
Returns are due by 8:00 PM Pacific on the return date. Late returns are billed at the additional-day rate per calendar day. The renter is responsible for loss or damage up to the stated replacement value.
How many people can try it at an experience?
We host guests in a rotating queue and prepare the headset between participants. Tell us your expected headcount and duration in your request and we will scope the session accordingly.
